Where do I find my serial number?
On the plate on your unit – it starts with SR0 followed by 5 digits, e.g. SR012345. Your serial number (starting SR0) is printed on the machine label fitted to your BM brake tester, and also appears on every calibration certificate.
What does the warranty offer include?
It provides 12 months' FREE warranty cover*. Parts used during warranty labour are discounted.
How does the 20% parts discount work?
When you take up a new 12-month BM Brake Testers service contract from V-Tech, the 20% discount applies for 12 months from registration. It is applied automatically to your account; no code is needed. One per site, subject to approval. Exclusions: terms and conditions apply within the service contract. Which areas do you cover?
